Please allow up to 21  days for dispatch of orders, as these are made to order.

 

All orders are sent via Evri tracked, please notify within 14 days of dispatch if your items have not been received.

Please notify us of any returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any personalised or made to order  pet and human apparel.

All sale items are final sale and non refundable.

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
